Also on the Nashville music scene: I heard this Maren Morris song in the car and I loved it so much. Let me tell you something. I live in America. I live in America because I live in Los Angeles and I live in Montana. And if you combine those two things, that's a very good look at America. It's of course not complete. As no one's life will ever completely show them America. But when I heard Maren Morris today, I was like, this girl, that shit sounds like America. And I don't mean it, like, "Murica." I don't mean that. I mean she's playing the experience, she's singing the experience. That's how people feel love. That's what love sounds like to a lot of people. That's what wanting someone sounds like, to a lot of people. And I sat there, and I was like, this is putting me in such a mood. It makes me want to live that life. Great music makes me want to live the life it's singing about. And when I hear Maren Morris, I go, man, I just wish I could live more lives than this one.

You know, there aren't many modern songs that put a lump in my throat. Maren Morris has a song called "To Hell and Back," and it is just as powerful as a song could ever get. I think Maren's great, I think this song is great, and I think we should both listen to it.
